Ajab Gazabb Love (English: Strange and Amazing Love) is a 2012 Bollywood romantic comedy film directed by Sanjay Gadhvi and produced by Vashu Bhagnani. The film stars Jackky Bhagnani opposite Nidhi Subbaiah in lead roles, along with Arjun Rampal, Arshad Warsi, Darshan Jariwala and Kirron Kher in supporting roles. The theatrical trailer of the film revealed on 13 August 2012, whilst the film is expected to release worldwide on 26th October 2012.

Ajab Gazabb Love received average to negative reviews. Madhureeta Mukherjee of Times of India gave it 2.5 stars. "This film is all about a bunch of people going bananas, yet, it doesn't leave you in splits. But if you care for a few giggles, go watch it.!!!" said ToI. Rediff Movies said "Ajab Gazabb Love is reminiscent of the bad films of the bad 1990s" and gave it 2 stars. Nayandeep of Koimoi gave it 2 stars "There is nothing ‘ajab’ or ‘gazabb’ about this extremely ordinary rom-com." wrote Nayandeep. Social Movie Rating site MOZVO gave it a rating of 2.3 putting it in 'Below Average' category. Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama gave it 3 stars. Kanika Sikka of DNA gave it 1.5 stars.

Student of the Year is a 2012 Indian romantic comedy film directed by Karan Johar and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions and Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. The movie features newcomers Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in the lead roles with Rishi Kapoor, Ronit Roy, Ram Kapoor, Sana Saeed, Farida Jalal, Sushma Seth, Akshay Anand, Prachi Shah, Manjot Singh and Manini Mishra in supporting roles. The movie also features Boman Irani, Kajol and Farah Khan in guest appearances. Rob Miller of ReelSports, who had previously worked with SRK on Chak De India, was hired to direct the sports action in the film. The film was released on 19 October 2012 to mostly positive reviews from critics.

Plot

It is the story of Abhimanyu Singh (Sidharth Malhotra) and Rohan Nanda (Varun Dhawan) who traverse the path of competition, envy, triumph, failure, manipulation and heartbreak in their mini-universe of St. Teresa's High School, Dehradun. Abhimanyu Singh a.k.a Abhi comes from a middle-class family and wants to achieve great heights of success and prosperity, the first step to which will be the Student of the Year trophy while Rohan Nanda a.k.a Ro, is the son of a business tycoon who grapples with a complex relationship with his father and knows that winning the Student Of the Year trophy will bag him the approval that he subconsciously craves for. When the two protagonists with distinct backgrounds and clear goals clash with each other in the locker room, football field and the canteen, there is no question in anyone's mind that the preset equations of the St. Teresa's campus were about to change.
When Abhi and Rohan's rivalry takes an unexpected turn to friendship, neither pre-empts the complications that would brew. Things are further knotted up when Shanaya Singhania (Alia Bhatt), the most popular girl on the campus enters the equation. While Shanaya and Rohan are childhood sweethearts, Abhi's attraction for his best friend's girlfriend and Shanaya's quiet reciprocation causes a rift in their friendship that would have a long lasting impact. Looming large over the various friendships in the campus is the Student Of The year trophy and Dean Yogendra Vasisht's (Rishi Kapoor) emphasis on success and victory. Towards the end of the term, the foes-turned-friends-turned foes, Abhi and Rohan, are ready for a face-off and battle lines are drawn through the length and breadth of the campus, with only one goal in everyone's eyes - Student Of The Year Trophy. As new ambitions are born and old loyalties fall by the wayside, each segment of the Student Of The Year competition manages to tear apart both, the participants and the spectators, to redefine the choices of the three protagonists.

Critical reception

Student Of The Year received positive reviews from critics.
Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama gave the film 4/5 stars, saying that "Student Of The Year is a love story that traverses the trodden path. But KJo is an artisan with intellect and taste and he ensures that the script is spruced up and modernized with such elan that it doesn't offend the spectator's wisdom or intelligence. The accomplished director takes on familiar material and gives it an entirely new twirl. This is escapist cinema at its best! On the whole, Student Of The Year is amongst Karan Johar's most accomplished works. The youth brigade would love it and those who have already past that age would want to revisit those days. This one's entertainment, entertainment and entertainment at its best. Clearly, KJo has a winner on hands, yet again!" Madhureeta Mukherjee of The Times of India gave the film 3.5/5 stars, stating that "Student Of The Year takes you back to your books and sinks you in true-blue Bollywood syllabus, following the 'formula' - Two boys, one girl, one glorious trophy and lots of testosterone. With the film Bhoot, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) introduced a new age horror genre to Indian cinema. The film was a huge hit. And, now, RGV is all set with the sequel Bhoot Returns and presents the first look of the film. The filmmaker is also touted to be countering Raaz 3 with his film since Vikram Bhatt's film too falls under the same genre.

Earlier, a title Bhoot 2 was registered by producer Nitin Manmohan’s company because at that time Nitin and RGV were together. Owing to their parting, producer Nitin Manmohan, a year back announced Bhoot 2 withVikram Bhatt as the director.

But when Vikram got to know that it was not done with RGV’s consent he backed out. As the title Bhoot 2 was registered with Nitin Manmohan the new producers of the sequel Alumbra Entertainment and Eros International repeatedly requested Nitin Manmohan to part with the title citing the original creator was RGV.

“The producers repeatedly requested Nitin Manmohan to give the copyright of the title. But he in a petty minded nature due to his previous tussle with RGV, delayed the process,” says a source close to the producers. RGV decided to end this chase for the title and changed the title of his film from Bhoot 2 to Bhoot Returns.

The film stars actress Madhu Shalini, Manisha Koirala and JD Chakravarthy and Eros International will release the film worldwide on October 12. Bhoot Returns is RGV’s first 3D film. The film will also release in Tamil and Telugu.

Movie Review: South director S S Rajamouli has one of the most envied box office records in Telugu cinema. The eight films he has made across various genres of cinema, including Magadheera(historical drama) to Maryada Ramanna(comic-action) have turned to gold. His Makkhi, earlier released in July 2012 Telegu as Eega and Tamil as Naan ee reached the 100-cr mark in those markets so quickly that it automatically lent itself to being dubbed in Hindi. 

The story revolves around Sudeep(Sudeep), an opportunist and skirt-chaser, who will go to any lengths to seek wealth or to get a girl. When he sees a nubile Bindu( Samantha Prabhu), who runs a NGO, Sudeep wants her at any cost. But Bindu has eyes only for her neighbour young Jani(Naveen), a good samaritan. Not accustomed to defeat, Sudeep puts up a continuous chase. He gets Jani out of the way or so it seems till you learn Jani's back. From here on screen proceedings in this revenge drama pep up. 

Though the plot is for the most-part predictable, Makkhi still offers situations that are truly gleeful to the young and the old alike. For once, the hero of this film, the fly, a common irritant in all our lives, enjoys our empathy instead of getting our wrath. His quest for revenge, somehow becomes our own battle for justice. As Rajamouli's animated character goes about his business of destroying Sudeep and protecting Bindu; the viewer is ready to willingly go along for the ride. Here one say, had the ride been 15 minutes shorter, it would have been that much more racier. The portion involving a tantrik is pure hog-wash and more suited to a B-grade horror film than here. 

But this is a minor irritant in an otherwise enjoyable film. 

Ironical it is, that the animated makkhi is so full of life, that he doesn't ever make you miss the presence of a beefy Khan, Kapoor or Kumar. The animation is on par with some of the best in the West and Rajamouli's characterisation of the fly is to be seen to be believed. Makkhi dances as well as Hrithik Roshan and rides as good as Ajay Devgn; mouths dialogue like superstar Rajinikanthand even challenges his rivals to a combat.

1. Login and Comment as Your Fan Page –

When you log into Facebook,  Facebook automatically logs you in under your personal profile. However, once on, you can choose to use your business fan page profile.  This is a fantastic option because it can help your business build more likes and engagement quickly!

How does it work?

To log in to  Facebook under your business fan page, simply click on the down-arrow next to the "home" button in the top, right corner of the  Facebook window.  The drop down menu will say: "Use Facebook as:".  Then, you will need to pick your business fan page from the choices. 

Next, click on "home".  When the page refreshes, you should see your fan page image in the top left corner.  If this is the first time you've logged in as your fan page, then you will need to take some time to search and "like" other fan pages in your niche.  Once you've completed that step, then any status updates from those fan pages will show up on your home page newsfeed. 

Now, you want to take a few minutes each day or week, to read, like and comment on those fan pages as your fan page. 

Why?

This will increase your visibility, as other people in your niche will see your comments (as your fan page) on other fan pages.  It will also increase your engagement because you are providing more ways for fans to connect with you. Likewise, it will increase the number of likes on YOUR page because you've tapped into your niche and made it easy for them to find and like you.   It's a Win-Win-Win!

2.  Join Relevant Groups & Participate

When you do a search on Facebook, the search will come back with all relevant pages, apps, groups, people and places. 

Finding out what groups (both public and private) that exist in your niche is important because you want to join as many as possible.

If the group is private, send a message to the administrator to nicely introduce yourself and ask about the possibility of joining the group.

Once you've joined one or more groups in your niche, be sure to take the time to participate.  Now that you can directly connect with your audience, it is time to do it!

This does NOT mean that you jump into the conversation with a sales pitch. Nor, should you ask them to join your list.  Instead, make your goal to be to be helpful and start relationships. Gain their trust, first.  Remember, you must be a follower before you can be a leader.

3. Go Where your Niche is and Take Pics!

It has been proven in a study by Monmentus M edia that  Facebook fan page engagement increases by 21% when your status update includes a photo, so it is time to get snapping with this technique!

In the study, it seems that any photo will do.  However, taking pictures with people in your niche, current fans, clients or customers and posting them on your fan page can have a huge impact. 

There is a higher likelihood that they will like, comment and SHARE your photo.  Whenever a fan shares a photo that was originally posted by you, your fan page link will be connected to the photo and will reach a wider audience.  Friends who like the photo can also, easily, like your page.  More visibility means more likes!

4.  Promote Your Page Outside of Facebook

Make it easy for friends and followers outside of facebook to find you and like you on facebook.  Here are a few examples.  Have you put them all into place?

For example:

• Add a like button and box to your website
• Add an Email Signature Link to your fanpage
• Add a link or QR code link to your business card

5. Click Like If…

Don't be afraid of clear direction!      

Too often businesses only supply clear direction on their facebook post when they want a fan to LEAVE facebook and go read an article or buy a product.  However, people on facebook like to STAY on  Facebook. 

Give them a fun reason to stay and interact.

For example, the phrase, "click like if…" asks for engagment that allows fans to stay on facebook.  It also gives them a reason to click like.  For example, I'm only going to click like if what comes next fits me.  We like defining ourselves because it makes us feel like we belong. Provide that sense of belonging and your current fans will bring other, similar fans into your circle.
